Tony Kuzba is the founding principal of Prescient Resources LLC.

His practice focuses on high level and technical recruiting and talent gap analysis planning for clients associated with OEM manufacturing, consumer brand-oriented products and private equity.

Tony serves clients on a wide range of leadership issues and has personally completed well over 100 search assignments at the management and executive level.

Prior to his career in the search industry he held several operations management positions within a multi-billion dollar food manufacturer. He also earned a Bachelors degree in Operations Management from the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater.
